What This Tool Generates

This tool produces a receipt-style mockup. It does not connect to any payment system, store database, or financial service. The output is a styled HTML rendering that can be downloaded as a file and printed or saved as PDF. Receipt Format Notes

Most printed receipts follow a standard layout: store header, transaction details, itemized list with prices, subtotals, tax, total, and payment method. This generator replicates that format. Tax is calculated as a percentage of the pre-tax subtotal after any discount. Tip (for restaurant receipts) is an additional line calculated on the pre-discount subtotal.
